Boxing fundamentals, plyometrics and High Intensity Interval Training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories

The original group HIIT workout. 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire

Circuit Training with Functional Kit. 45 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight and Equipment workouts that set the metabolism on fire

30min Circuit Training session focusing on conditioning (toning). Strength and Cardio all in one!

Personal Training type sessions for between 2 and 4 people at a fraction of the cost. Personalised Goals and Plans whilst working out with a group of friends.
