Boxing fundamentals, plyometrics and High Intensity Interval Training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories

 


MetaFit


The original group HIIT workout. 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire

Fun, energised and simply awesome 30 minute group fitness class with banging tunes and fat being burned!

 


Conditioning Circuits


30min Circuit Training session focusing on conditioning (toning). Strength and Cardio all in one!

 


RiKaFlex


30min total body workout including a legs and bums section. Hand weight and resistance band workout, routine based, great strength and tone builder, small weights but very effective.

 


RiKaShake


A low impact trampoline exercise class, although it can still be very vigorous and fast, working every muscle in the body, it meets all your cardio and toning needs!

 


Small Group Training


Personal Training type sessions for between 2 and 4 people at a fraction of the cost. Personalised Goals and Plans whilst working out with a group of friends.
